This disclaimer covers the website, both signal tools and our support conversations. Read it with the Privacy policy, the Terms of use and the Risk warning. Where two of these pages disagree, the one that deals more specifically with the point prevails.
Not investment advice
PocketBots is not a broker, not an investment adviser and not a fund manager, and we never hold client money. Signals, chart readings, broker comparisons and answers from support are general information. None of them recommends a particular trade, and none takes your goals or finances into account.
What a tool's read is
A read is produced by rules run over a chart. No person reviews it before it reaches you. It is not a forecast, and it can be wrong, arrive late or not arrive at all.
Figures from the past
Win rates, worked examples and screenshots show what happened under the conditions on the day they were recorded. You may not get the same result, or any result. Your own result turns on the market, your timing, your settings and your broker.
Partner brokers and our income
Some brokers named here are partners. Sign up with one of them via our link and it may pay us, and that money is what keeps free access free.
We state which broker our tools are built for and whether it is a partner. A listing is not an endorsement. PocketBots belongs to no broker unless we state otherwise.
Trademarks and logos
Names and logos of brokers, browsers and messaging apps are the property of their owners. They appear here to show which platform a tool runs with. Their use does not suggest that any owner sponsors or approves PocketBots.
Platforms run by others
Each tool relies on your broker's price feed and on your browser. When either one changes, a tool may stop working until we release an update. Neither is under our control, and their outages, prices and decisions are not our responsibility.
Outside links
We add a link to another site only when it is useful to you. What that site says is outside our control, and linking to it does not mean we endorse it.
Where our responsibility ends
As far as the law permits, we are not responsible for losses that result from using the site or a tool, or from relying on anything published here. The liability limits in the Terms of use also apply.
