Who we are and what this page covers
PocketBots operates this website and the signal tools built into it. Below you will find which personal data reaches us, what we use it for, who else handles it, and the choices you have. Our address is Joory Street - Jumeirah Village Triangle - District 3 - Dubai - United Arab Emirates, and privacy questions go to info@pocketbots.io.
What we collect
Each step gets only the data it needs, as the table shows.
| Step | What we get | What for |
|---|---|---|
| Access request | Your email and the broker you use | To email your key and switch your access on |
| Messages and chats | Your message, email and messenger handle, plus your name if you share it | So we can reply and keep a record of what was said |
| Newsletter | Email address | So we can send the tool and broker news you signed up for |
| Paid plans | Order details, plus the payment provider's confirmation | So we can switch on your plan and keep our accounts |
| Site visits | Server logs: IP address, browser, device type and the pages you load | So the site keeps running safely |
| Signal tools | Server logs: IP address, the broker, pair, market and timeframe you ask for, and your licence key if you type one in | So we can answer each read and check the licence. Your choices and licence stay saved on your own device |
What we never ask for
Your broker password stays with you. The tools work without it, because you log in to your broker on your own, in your browser.
Nobody at PocketBots will ask for a card number, whether by chat or by email.
What we use it for
- Setting up the access you requested, and helping you with it.
- Taking payments, and keeping to accounting and tax law.
- Sending messages about the service, such as your access key or an update to these documents.
- Sending the newsletter, if and only if you signed up.
- Keeping the site safe, and tracing and fixing faults.
Most of this rests on your request or our contract with you. Security and fault work rest on our legitimate interest in a safe service. The newsletter rests on your consent.
Who else handles it
Your data is never sold. It goes only to companies that help run the service, and each one gets only the part it needs:
- the companies that host the site and deliver our email;
- payment providers, when a plan is bought;
- Telegram or WhatsApp, if you decide to message us there, under their own privacy policies;
- a partner broker, when you request free access, so your new account can be matched to your request;
- public authorities, where the law requires it.
How long data stays with us
Data stays with us for as long as your access runs and its purpose above still needs it. Accounting records are held for as long as the law demands. Support messages are deleted after a limited period, which leaves time for follow-ups. Once we no longer need data, we delete it or anonymize it.
Keeping it safe
Connections to us are encrypted. Only the team members who need personal data can see it, and our systems are kept up to date. No online service can be perfectly secure. If a breach puts you at risk, we will tell you, and the regulator too where the law requires it.
Your rights
Depending on the law where you live, you may ask us to:
- let you see the data we hold on you;
- fix anything that is wrong;
- erase your data;
- restrict or stop our use of it;
- hand you a copy in a form you can take elsewhere;
- take you off the newsletter, which a link in every email also does.
Email your request to info@pocketbots.io, and you will hear back within 30 days. If our reply does not satisfy you, you have the right to complain to the data protection authority in your country.
Data sent to other countries
Some of our providers handle data outside your country. Where that happens, we rely on safeguards your local law recognizes, such as standard contractual clauses.
Children
PocketBots is meant for adults. Nobody under 18 should send us data, and we never knowingly collect it. If you believe a child has given us data, let us know and we will erase it.
Cookies and browser storage
A handful of small preferences are saved in your browser, and the site sets no advertising cookies. You will find each one in the Cookie policy.
Updates to this policy
When the way we handle data changes, this page and its date change with it. The date now reads September 30, 2026. Active users hear from us when a change affects them.
