Who this agreement is between
This page sets the terms between you and PocketBots ("we", "us"). They cover every way you deal with us: browsing this website, asking for free access, buying a plan, using a signal tool or chatting with support. If you do not accept them, please do not use any of these.
The Risk warning, Privacy policy, Cookie policy and Disclaimer form part of the same agreement. With this page, they make up all of it.
Who may use the service
Each of the following must be true before you use the service:
- You are 18 or older, or older still if your country sets a higher age of adulthood.
- Where you live, the law allows both binary options trading and trading tools.
- You hold an account, or are about to open one, with a broker our tools support.
- What you tell us about yourself is accurate and up to date.
The service
We offer signal tools for Pocket Option in four forms: the Go Bot web tool, which reads the live market and the OTC pairs in your browser; Go Bot Pro, an extension for Chrome, Firefox and Edge; Pocket Go Bot AI, an app for Android and iOS; and PocketOptionGo, a Telegram channel with a Mini App. Each read shows CALL, PUT or NO TRADE, plus a score for how confident it is.
You place your own trades, with one exception: Go Bot Pro can place trades on your broker tab when you switch its auto trade on, and only inside the limits you set. Every trade, whoever places it, is yours and at your risk. You unlock the tools with an access key that we email to you. The line-up of tools and brokers may change. We may add, rename or retire a tool after posting notice here.
Keeping your access key
Each access key belongs to one person only. Keep it to yourself: sharing, selling, renting or posting it is not allowed.
Anything done with your key is your responsibility. If you suspect someone else has it, let support know and we will issue a new one. A key that shows up in use in more than one place may be switched off.
Ways to get access
Access comes one of two ways.
Free access. Open a trading account with a partner broker through our link, and we send you a key that unlocks every timeframe. Ask support for the current conditions. We may change them for requests made later.
Paid plans. If you would rather stay with your existing broker account, pick Monthly ($49 each month) or Lifetime ($199 paid once). You see the price and the billing period before you pay. Prices are in US dollars unless checkout shows another currency, and any tax that applies is added at checkout.
Stopping a plan and getting money back
Message support whenever you want to stop a paid plan. It keeps working until the paid period runs out.
If we cannot get a paid plan working on your broker account, you get all your money back. Once a period has begun and the plan is working, that period is not refunded, except where the law in your country requires a refund.
Fair use of the tools
When you use the service, you will not:
- copy a tool, take it apart or reverse engineer it, or get around its access key;
- resell, share or rebrand a tool as your own unless we have agreed to it in writing;
- use a tool in a way that breaks the law or a broker's rules;
- send abusive messages to us, or fire automated requests at our site or our support channels;
- attempt to disrupt the service or get at data that belongs to someone else.
You own your trades
The broker, the stake, the expiry and the choice to follow a signal or not are all yours. You place each trade on your own account, and each one is your responsibility.
Read your broker's rules before relying on any signal. Should a broker limit or close your account, that matter is between you and that broker.
Brokers and other outside companies
Your broker, the messaging apps and the payment providers are independent companies, each with its own terms. We have no control over them. A change to their platforms can stop a tool working for a while.
Broker names and logos are the property of their owners. We show them only to make clear which platform a tool is built for.
Who owns the site and the tools
We or our licensors own the tools, the website, the logos and the written content. While your access lasts, we grant you a licence to use the tools your access covers, for trading on your own account. The licence is personal, cannot be transferred, and can be withdrawn.
Not investment advice
We know nothing about your finances, and nothing we offer is investment, legal or tax advice. Treat a signal as information only. The Risk warning and the Disclaimer say more.
The service comes as it is
We do our best to keep the site and the tools available. Even so, we cannot promise they will always be online, free of errors or right for your purposes. Nor can we promise that any tool will be correct every time. As far as the law permits, the only warranties we give are the ones written in these terms.
How far our liability goes
As far as the law permits, we accept no liability for trading losses, lost profits, trades missed or entered late, or any indirect damage arising from your use of the service.
For any claim, the most we will owe you is the amount you paid us during the 12 months before that claim. Where the law forbids us to limit a liability, these terms do not limit it.
Pausing or ending access
You may stop using the service at any time. We may pause or close your access when you break these terms, endanger other people or the service, or when the law obliges us to. When we are able to, we explain the reason first.
When these terms change
These terms may be revised. Each revision updates the date at the top of the page, and active users also get an email when a change is material. If you keep using the service after a change, you accept the new version. This version is dated September 30, 2026.
Which law applies
The governing law for these terms is that of our operating company's country of registration. Your order confirmation names that country. Its courts settle any dispute, unless a consumer-protection law lets you bring the case in a court where you live.
